Description | A soldier with symptoms of radiation poisoning (hair loss, bleeding gums, mouth ulcers, angina). He was exposed to the atomic bomb outdoors in shade, 1.5 km from the hypocenter. He developed hair loss, bleeding gums, mouth ulcers, and angina. He died three weeks later. |
