Odamasa Shoten, a kimono wholesaler founded in 1883, added a steel-frame three-story store, which also served as a warehouse, around 1935. The first and second floors were connected to the store facing Ebisu Street. The third floor was used as an exhibition hall. In the background, from the left, are Yasuda Bank Hiroshima Branch, Obayashi Construction Company Hiroshima Branch, Imperial Bank Hiroshima Branch, Yasuda Life Insurance Hiroshima Branch, Sumitomo Bank Hiroshima Branch, Geibi Bank Head Office, and so on. |
