| Description | Shimomura Clock Shop. From the north looking south (The shop’s façade). The building was hit by the strong blast from the direction of the hypocenter and tilts toward the east (left); the first floor is crushed and looks as if it were a single-story building. Hondori shopping street (old Sanyo road, Saigoku Kaido) runs horizontally in front of the buckled buildings. |
