| Description | This is the seventh of 11 panoramic photographs taken from the rooftop of the Hiroshima Higashi (East) Police Station looking east-northeast. The mountains in the background are Mt. Futaba, Mt. Takao, and Mt. Onaga. At the foot of Mt. Onaga is Kokuzenji Temple. The white buildings in the center are Hiroshima Station and Hiroshima Railway Hospital. The Iwahana area can be seen at the tip of the Mt. Onaga ridge. Mt. Gosasozan is in the background. In the foreground to the left are Kokyoji Temple cemetery, Itsukushima Shrine, and Kyobashi Bridge. The river in the center is the Kyobashi River. In front of the Kyobashi River are Shimoyanagi-cho and Hashimoto-cho. Across the river are Kyobashi-cho and Daiya-cho, etc. |
