| Description | This is the eighth of 11 panoramic photographs taken from the rooftop of the Hiroshima Higashi (East) Police Station looking east. The mountains in the background are, from the left, Mt. Gosasozan, Mt. Chausuyama and Mt. Rengejiyama. In the center background, at the foot of Mt. Chausuyama, is the Kirin Brewery Hiroshima factory. From center left are Sumitomo Bank Higashi Matsubara Branch, Geibi Bank Kyobashi Branch, and Hiroshima City Credit Cooperative Enko-bashi Branch. The Kyobashi River runs from left to right in the foreground. The bridges on the right are the Inarimachi Train Bridge and Inarimachi Pedestrian Bridge, and above the bridges is the Japan Steel Works Hiroshima Branch. In front of the Kyobashi River is Shimoyanagi-cho. Across the river are Inari-machi, Kyobashi-cho, and Hijiyama-cho, etc. |
