Description
A fire watchtower bent by the bomb’s blast (turret on the west side of the Tatemachiguchi gate, east of the Hiroshima City Waterworks Department Motomachi Town Hall workshop). The photo was taken near the current Tatemachi streetcar stop, looking north. Military grounds extend to the north.
