Description Taken at the Ujina branch of the Hiroshima First Army Hospital. A man who was exposed to thermal rays from the front and suffered burns on his face and had symptoms of keratitis. He was riding a horse to the east of the Hijiyama Bridge, about two kilometers from the hypocenter. He was exposed to thermal rays from the left front and suffered burns on his face and mild symptoms of keratitis in both eyes.
